How do I schedule an appointment?

Do you accept walk-ins?

We encourage appointments to minimize your wait, but we welcome walk-ins depending on shop availability. Oil changes and routine services are more likely to be accommodated same-day. For body work or major repairs, please schedule ahead.
What are your hours?

We're open Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We're closed Sundays and major federal holidays.
What vehicles do you service?

All makes and models — domestic and import, cars, trucks, SUVs, and vans. Ford, Toyota, Honda, BMW, Mercedes, Chevrolet, Kia, Hyundai, and everything in between.
Do you perform Maryland State Inspections?

Yes. We are a certified Maryland State Police safety inspection station and also perform emissions testing. Cost is $100 for a safety inspection.
Do you perform engine diagnostics?

Yes. We use professional OBD-II diagnostic equipment for check engine lights, warning lights, and drivability issues. Diagnostic labor starts at $120/hour. Initial visual inspections are complimentary.
How much does an oil change cost?

A conventional oil change is $50, which includes a new filter and a complimentary visual inspection. Synthetic blend and full synthetic pricing varies by vehicle specification. We'll confirm pricing before starting any work.
What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), and insurance direct pay for covered collision repairs.
How long does body work take?

Minor dents or scratches: 1–2 days. Moderate collision damage: 3–7 business days. Major structural repairs: 1–3 weeks. We give you a realistic estimate upfront — parts availability can also affect timing.
Will my paint match after repairs?

Yes. We use professional computerized color-matching systems to blend your repaired panel seamlessly with your vehicle's existing finish for a factory-quality result.
Do you work with insurance companies?

Yes. We work with most major insurance carriers and coordinate directly with adjusters. File your claim first, get a claim number, then bring your vehicle to us — we'll handle the rest.
What if more damage is found during the repair?

We'll call you immediately and file a supplement with your insurance company. We never perform additional work without your approval first.
